Job summary

Professional Healthcare Resources is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to lead our Clinical Management Team and oversee home health services. The role focuses on directing multi-disciplinary staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with applicable guidelines.

The incumbent will drive operational efficiency, participate in staff development, and coordinate with administration for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in the state of operation.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing; additional years of experience may offset education.
• Minimum five years of experience with at least one year in home health and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations, including Medicare home health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs coordination and delivery of home health services in the regional office.
• Supervises clinical staff and ensures compliance with agency standards and regulations.
• Coordinates all patient care and services across disciplines.
• Monitors employee performance and supports professional development.
• Participates in selection and evaluation of clinical personnel.
• Completes regular reporting and assists administration in operational decisions.
• Promotes growth and quality improvement within the agency.
