Lorian Health in Long Beach, CA is hiring a Home Health Care Specialist – Marketer to grow referral networks across Long Beach and Orange County. You will engage physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and partners to drive patient referrals and regional growth while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will plan marketing initiatives, participate in community events, and work with clinical leaders to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home health experience.
• Sales or business development experience in home health or related healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local medical community.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently present to small or large groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships across your territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare referral sources.
• Engage with physicians, case managers, and discharge planners to support referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to support regional growth.
• Assist referral sources and patients with questions and issue resolution.
• Ensure physician documentation and support referral processing.
• Participate in sales, marketing, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives and community events to raise Lorian’s visibility.

Location: Long Beach and Orange County

As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout your assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare referral sources.
• Engage with physicians, case managers, and discharge planners to support patient referrals.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support regional growth and quality commitments.
• Assist referral sources and patients with questions, concerns, and issue resolution.
• Secure required physician documentation and support referral processing.
• Participate in sales, marketing, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Plan and participate in engaging marketing initiatives, networking events, educational lunches, conferences and community activities that strengthen relationships with case management and healthcare partners while increasing Lorian's visibility in the community

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of home health experience required.
• Sales or business development experience in home health or a related healthcare industry highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local medical community.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate and present to both small and large groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Annual Compensation Range: $90,000 to $120,000
