Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, SNFs, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral partnerships within the assigned market.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, meetings, and outreach activities with referral partners.
• Educate referral sources, clients, families, and community organizations about Ideal Home Health's services.
• Represent Ideal Home Health at community events, healthcare networking events, senior fairs, conferences, and other relevant activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals, brand awareness, and census.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
• Track marketing activities, referrals, leads, appointments, and business development results.
• Work closely with the intake, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to service.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the local healthcare and senior-care community.
• Maintain a professional image and represent Ideal Home Health with integrity and compassion.
• Meet or exceed established referral and business development goals.
