Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a dedicated field-based specialist to manage accounts and ensure patients have the required home healthcare equipment. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, coordinating orders, and liaising with physicians and referral partners to support home-care needs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with a minimum three-year driving history.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum of three years driving history.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Learn and comply with all POV requirements applicable for the safe and compliant use of POVs.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for accounts.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints promptly.
• Consult with clients on products and equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling and billing information.
• Travel to patient locations as required.
• Assist medical groups and providers to understand products and services available under the contract.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships within institutions to enhance patient care.
