Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Learn and comply with Department of Transportation, TSM and POV requirements for safe vehicle use.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain qualified for essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account(s).
• Responds to customer needs and complaints promptly.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and equipment.
• Obtain documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Manage follow-up with account post set-up and billing.
• Coordinate patient services with physicians and medical groups.
