Lorian Health is seeking a Home Health Care Specialist - Marketer in Riverside South. The role focuses on building referral networks, engaging healthcare partners, and driving regional growth, all while delivering compassionate home-based care.

The position rewards experience in home health, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to engage physicians, case managers, and discharge planners. A collaborative, mission-driven team supports ongoing development and community impact.

Competenze

• Experience in home health is required (1+ year).
• Sales or business development in home health or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local medical community.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present to small and large groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

• Develop and maintain referral relationships within your territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with referral sources.
• Engage with physicians, case managers, and discharge planners to support referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to drive regional growth.
• Assist sources and patients with questions and issue resolution.
