Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group while prioritizing tasks.
• At least 1 year of home health experience.
• Packet review / QI experience preferred.
• Coding certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage schedules for all patients and update staff unavailability.
• Initiate infection control forms and document reports.
• Assist during busy times and refer clinical questions to Branch Director.
• Maintain hospitalization log and coordinate notes for staff.
• Schedule visits to ensure appropriate staffing for nurses and aides.
• Run scheduling reports and prepare weekly staff schedules.
• Verify visit notes in scheduling console and assist with patient transfers.
