Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and personal care. You will perform light housekeeping, grooming, meal assistance, and accompany clients to appointments as needed.

Eligible candidates must have STNA or Home Health Aide Training (75 hours including 16 hours supervised) and be in good health, with TB test documentation where required. Training and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• STNA or Home Health Aide Training (75 hours incl. 16 hours supervised) is required.
• Be in good physical health, including TB test within 6 months prior to first assignment (where required).
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments.
