Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in Dayton and surrounding areas. You will follow a plan of care under RN or Therapist supervision, assist with personal care, daily living activities, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

At least 1+ year of verifiable experience in home care or caregiving setting.
Active CNA or STNA certification with 1+ year paid experience or DSP Certification with 1+ year experience.
Additional certifications (medication, Hoyer lift, disease-state care) are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care following the plan of care under RN or therapist supervision.
Assist with activities of daily living and light housekeeping as needed.
Document observations and communicate changes in patient condition.
Support patients with medications under supervision and ensure safety in activities of daily living.
