Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring STNA/CNA/HHAs to provide in-home healthcare to veterans and other clients in Ohio. You choose your own schedule with 7pm-7am shifts, and both full- and part-time openings are available. You’ll build one-on-one relationships and help improve health, quality of life, and peace of mind in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates have HHA or similar experience and can pass a competency assessment with an RN. A current TB test is required.

Qualifications

• Current TB test; HHA or similar experience and pass competency assessment with RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Monitor health, take vital signs, and document findings.
• Assist with transfers and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate with RN and care team to ensure quality care.
