ModivCare in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and dignified support for daily living activities. Expect flexible schedules, weekend opportunities, and weekly pay with paid orientation.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing CHHA license.
• Willingness to work in Jersey City.
• Weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
• Willingness to work in Jersey City

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
