Job summary

Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking a Home Health Aide for private duty to provide compassionate, reliable care in a single senior living community. You will assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and light housekeeping while building meaningful relationships with residents.

We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive team, competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour with a $2.00 weekend differential, and opportunities for paid training and benefits at Freedom Village

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide certificate or ability to pass HHA competency test.
• CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Previous HHA experience is a bonus but not required.
• Ability to read, follow care plans, and document services accurately.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Kind, dependable, and compassionate behavior are essential.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• A current Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, or the ability to pass a Home Health Aide competency test.
• A valid CPR certification or willingness to get CPR certified upon hire.
• Previous HHA experience is a bonus—but not a requirement.
