Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages in The Villages, FL is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and CNAs for per diem assignments. You will help residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and support a warm, respectful living environment.

Some clients are on campus and some in their private homes. On-the-job training, flexible hours, and DailyPay are offered to support a balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

• CPR certification current or upon hire.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Read and follow care instructions and document services provided accurately.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities (personal care, mobility, grooming).
• Provide companionship and social engagement for residents.
• Perform light housekeeping including laundry and tidying.
• Help with errands, shopping, transportation, and home organization.
• Possibly care for pets where applicable.

This is a Private Duty - Home Health Aide position. Some clients are on campus, and some are off campus in their homes.
