Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care for clients in Bradenton and surrounding areas. This part-time role emphasizes safety, dignity and personalized assistance.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor well-being, maintain records, and collaborate with a care team. CPR certification and a valid Florida driver’s license are required; prior HHA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an HHA delivering home care
• CPR Certification required
• Ability to work weekends (optional)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in Manatee County, FL
• Background Screening through the Clearinghouse per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide Certified Care with routine transfer assistance, memory care, behavior de-escalation, sensory stimulation, and incontinence care
• Provide Personal Care including toileting, showering, hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and fall prevention
• Provide Companionship and Light Housekeeping including social engagement, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shopping
• Keep accurate records of client care and communication with the care team
