Job summary

HOMECARE RESCUE LLC in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team on a PRN basis. You will provide essential in-home care, assisting with ADLs, companionship, and health monitoring, ensuring comfort and independence for clients.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior experience as HHA/CNA, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a reliable vehicle. Training and development opportunities are available, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Familiar with WellSky EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and tidying living spaces.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with non-medical personal care tasks.
• Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as required.
