Nuclear Care Partners provides compassionate, in-home care to individuals affected by work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will support patients’ quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes, while staying dependable and mission-driven.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required or preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home health, long-term care, or hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition and follow care plans.
• Document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities
