Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Penasco, NM seeks a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for patients impacted by energy programs. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, and support nutrition and light housekeeping, following care plans in patients' homes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting preferred.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities
