Nuclear Care Partners delivers compassionate, in-home care to individuals impacted by work in Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide one-on-one, relationship-based care in patients' homes, focusing on quality of life and consistent support.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting is essential.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
