Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in White Rock, NM to provide one-on-one in-home care for former DOE/nuclear workers and their families.

You'll perform ADLs, offer companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and document care plans in EMR. CPR certification and reliable transportation are required; prior home health or long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
