Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Holliston, MA. You will support patients who served in DOE or Nuclear Energy programs, following care plans and documenting care in EMR systems.

Ideal candidates are dependable, mission-driven and passionate about patient care, with the ability to work independently in a non-facility setting. Prior home health or hospice exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
