Job summary

Dakota Home Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to help clients stay safely in their own homes with independence and dignity.

You will provide personal care, medication reminders, meals, and light housekeeping while supporting clients’ daily activities. We offer flexibility with full-time and part-time shifts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, dependable, and a team player.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility)
• Providing medication reminders and companionship
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
• Running errands or helping clients attend appointments
• Supporting physical therapy exercises
• Acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies

• $17–$20/hr Starting Pay

Choose Your Shifts

• Full-Time: 36–40 hrs / wk
• Part-Time: 20+ hrs / wk

We offer both full-time and part-time options. Full-time employees may choose between five 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or three 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM), both including every other weekend. Part-time employees are scheduled for 4-8 hour shifts, 5 days per week, with shift options of either 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 2 PM-8:00PM.

Your Role as a Home Health Aide
