Job summary

Griswold Home Care Fargo is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes across Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead. Positions available include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with weekly pay.

• Observe and report changes in client condition to care team.

About the role

Since 1982, Griswold Home Care has helped seniors and adults with disabilities live comfortably at home. We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) across the Fargo-Moorhead area to provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care right where our clients want to be, in their own homes.

What you will do

• Personal care and hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior.
• Companionship and emotional support for seniors.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team.

What we are looking for

• HHA certification preferred. Hands-on caregiving experience is welcome.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients.
