Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care across the Twin Cities metro area. The role focuses on personal care, companionship, and supporting routines in clients' homes, with travel between locations within a 35-mile radius.

You'll work part-time with flexible shifts, earn $20–$22 per hour plus $32–$34 per visit for bathing/showering, and receive travel time plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule.
• Heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support such as dressing, grooming and bathing.
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping and companionship.
• Travel between homes within a 35-mile radius.
