Job summary

Griswold Home Care in Fargo-Moorhead is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care in clients' homes across the Fargo-Moorhead area, including West Fargo and Moorhead.

Roles involve bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and memory care for clients with dementia. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, and a strong supportive culture with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• HHA certification preferred.
• Hands-on caregiving experience welcome.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, dependable approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, ADLs, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Offer memory care support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.

What you will do

• Personal care and hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior.
• Companionship and emotional support for seniors.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team.

What we are looking for
