Summit Home Care is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one client visits in the Twin Cities metro area. The day shift role covers up to a 35-mile radius and includes personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship to Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities.

The position offers flexible part-time scheduling, paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 for qualified hires, with opportunities to grow in a mission-driven

Formación

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule.

Job Title: In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (for bathing/showering)

Travel Radius: Up to 35 miles from your home
