Job summary

Griswold Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides across the Fargo-Moorhead area to provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care in clients’ homes. This role supports seniors and adults with disabilities to live independently with dignity.

We offer full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $22.50, weekly paydays, and a respected national care provider backing you.

Qualifications

• HHA certification preferred.
• Hands-on caregiving experience welcomed.
• Caring for clients with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Offer memory care support for dementia/Alzheimer's clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support and report changes to the care team.

About the role

What you will do

• Personal care and hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior.
• Companionship and emotional support for seniors.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team.

What we are looking for

• HHA certification preferred. Hands-on caregiving experience is welcome.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients.
• A compassionate, dependable approach and strong communication.
