Job summary

Visiting Angels Homecare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to visit clients in their own homes in the Sioux Falls area. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and support seniors to remain independent with dignity.

No CNA certificate is required, but you must be able to care for all clients, including mobility and daily living tasks. Training is provided; various shifts available to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients in their homes

Our Caregivers go into our client's homes to care for the elderly so that they can remain independent.

We do not require a CNA Certificate but we DO REQUIRE that a Home Health Aide - HHA on our team is able to provide care for ALL our clients. These tasks include (but not limited to): Companionship, light housework, meal prep, assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, and being able to use a mechanical lift when warranted (Hoyer, stand-aid, ect.) Hands on training is available! The office in Sioux Falls provides caregivers for the local area including Hartford, Brandon, Crooks, Tea, Canton, Larchwood IA, Harrisburg, Renner, Valley Springs, Dell Rapids, Luverne MN, and many others.
