Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (CNA) to travel to patients’ homes in the northeast metro to assist with daily living activities.

The role requires an active MN CNA in good standing, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BLS certification. This full-time position offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, benefits, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant who is active and in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Travel/drive within geographic area serviced by office; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Two years of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, etc.).
• Travel to a few patients’ homes within a day and provide in-home care.
• Support patients in the home environment and help them stay safe and independent.

The Home Health Aide (CNA)will travel/drive to a few patients' homes within a day and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, etc.

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant who is active and in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.

Hours:

Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm | No weekends or Holiday's!

Territory:

This position will work in the field helping patients in their home setting. Our office is in Roseville, MN and the general territory for this position would be the northeast metro.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $21.02-$25.06 per hour

A few must-haves for this position:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant who is active and in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Able to travel/drivewithin geographic area serviced by office.Valid driver'slicense, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Two years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification
