Interim HealthCare is seeking a Hospice/Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Rochester, MN. The part-time role offers a supportive, home-based setting with 1:1 patient care and no night shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, mobility, and hygiene, while maintaining compassionate communication with patients and families.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Minnesota CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Care for seniors in patients' homes with one-on-one attention.
• Assist with activities of daily living and nutritional intake.
• Support safe mobility: ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.

As a Hospice/Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
• Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises

A few must-haves for Hospice/Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift 50 lbs.
