Job summary

Ascension Living in Wichita, KS is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist with implementing the domestic plan of care, including meals, errands, light housekeeping, and laundry, while ensuring accurate documentation. You will communicate participant changes to your supervisor and provide care at participants' residences or other locations as needed.

No prior experience required; however a BLS Provider credential and a valid Driver's License are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS Provider preferred (AHA/ American Red Cross).
• Driver's License preferred.
• None required for licensure/ certification is stated.

• Assists with implementation of the domestic plan of care (meals, errands, cleaning, laundry).
• Maintains accurate documentation per policies and procedures.
• Communicates participant concerns or changes in status to supervisor.
• Home Health services may be provided at participant residences or other locations.
