Ascension Living in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an In-Home Direct Care/ADL Assistant. The role involves traveling to clients' homes to provide personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility, and safe transfers, following care plans, and monitoring client health.

Minimum credentials include a BLS provider and CNA certification. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience are expected. A sign-on bonus is offered for this full-time position.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Certified Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentialed from the Alabama Certified Nurse Aid Registry

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
