Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in Nassau County, NY. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities across Port Washington, Garden City, Glen Cove and surrounding communities.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of HHA experience, a NYS HHA certificate, and a valid driver's license for select cases. Benefits include weekly direct deposit and sign-on/referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Valid driver's license – REQUIRED for select cases
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients throughout Nassau County.

Drivers are needed for current Nassau County cases. Opportunities are available in areas including

Port Washington, Garden City, Glen Cove
