Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Suffolk County is seeking Per Diem Home Health Aides with a valid driver’s license to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in clients’ homes.

Pay is $19.65–$20.00 per hour. Day and weekend shifts available with weekly direct deposit and flexible scheduling. A minimum of 1 year HHA experience and a valid NYS HHA certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NYS HHA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license – REQUIRED.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Requirements
