Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem and live-in opportunities across Long Island. Start at $19.65-$20.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus and immediate case placements to fit flexible schedules.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, light meals and housekeeping, and companionship. Requirements: NY HHA certificate, at least 1 year HHA experience, valid driver’s license, ability to work in the U.S., and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid NY HHA certificate
• Experience assisting with transfers and mobility
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
• MMR immunization within the last 10 years
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for applicable cases
