Affirmed Home Care, Suffolk County’s premier concierge home care agency, seeks compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to deliver one-on-one care across Saint James and surrounding areas. Per diem roles offer flexible weekday and weekend shifts, with multiple case opportunities and quick onboarding.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and maintaining a safe, supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical examination within the past year.
• PPD/QuantiFERON test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years.
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.

Affirmed Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout Suffolk County.

We currently have multiple cases available in Saint James, with a variety of weekday and weekend opportunities.

Available Cases

Saint James – Case 1

Sunday & Monday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saint James – Case 2

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Weekday and weekend availability may be available
• Multiple scheduling opportunities
