Modivcare in Templeton, MA is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) for short shift opportunities in Templeton or Winchendon. Earn up to $22/hr with additional rewards and a referral bonus. The role focuses on one-on-one home care, companionship, and daily living support.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
