Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care, upholding comfort and dignity for clients in their own homes. You will perform direct patient care, support daily living activities, and document vital signs and changes in condition according to the plan of care.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience within the last 2 years.
• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
