Job summary

Interim HealthCare RMC is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care, delivering direct patient support per the plan of care. You will take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document findings to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Requirements include 1 year of healthcare experience and a certificate (STNA/HHA preferred). A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are mandatory, with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience within the last 2 years.
• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, etc.).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

Job description

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience within the last 2 years
• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance is mandatory
