Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide direct patient care in home settings in Indiana. You will follow the care plan, assist with daily living activities, and document vital signs and observations for each patient.

Candidates should hold an active CNA or STNA/HHA certificate and have at least one year of healthcare experience, plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Flexible shifts available with a focus on compassionate in-home support.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate required.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist according to the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

As a Home Health Aide, You Will Be

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:
