Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide care in patients' homes under a plan of care, delivering comfort and dignity. You’ll perform direct clinical tasks and daily living support, with a focus on one-on-one patient care across shifts.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of health aide experience and hold a CNA/STNA or HHA certificate, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling offered in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail; able to document notes about a patient’s condition.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
