Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will be called to support a full range of patient services that bring comfort and dignity to clients in their own homes.

You must have at least 1 year of health aide/healthcare experience, and a CNA/STNA/HHA certificate is preferred. A valid driver's license with auto insurance is required for travel to patient homes. This role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend options.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience required.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes about patient condition.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings as directed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal patient status changes.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
