Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Greendale, IN seeks a part-time Home Health Aide to care for clients in their homes. You’ll provide direct essential support, following the plan of care with compassion and integrity.

This role offers flexible scheduling, daily pay option, and meaningful one-on-one patient care. Ideal candidates have current HHA/CNA certification, at least one year of experience, and a valid driver’s license to travel between patients.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care following the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings as directed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
