Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in New Philadelphia, OH is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care and support client independence. You will follow the plan of care, provide assistance with activities of daily living, and help ensure comfort and dignity in the home setting.

You will also monitor vital signs, document findings, and report changes to the clinical team. Part-time or PRN shifts offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to make a real difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience is preferred.
• Certification as CNA/HHA is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and document notes about a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
  

To qualify for a Home Health Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
