Job summary

Saint Therese Oxbow Lake campus in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support seniors in daily living and care needs. The role includes evening shifts 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with every other weekend and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Support medication administration as trained and per resident care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to support residents’ well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for residents.

Currently Available Shifts and Schedules

• 2:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. (15 hours per pay period, one Saturday and one Sunday)
• Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Pay Range

$19.20 – $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

Education Preferred

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, or caregiver

Preferred

• Experience as caregiver in assisted living, memory care, or senior living environments
