Saint Therese – Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Part-Time Culinary Aide to provide friendly meal service to residents in a faith-based senior living community. You’ll follow diet cards, assist with dining operations, and support a compassionate, service-focused team.

Qualifications

• Reading English and following diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position (standing, walking, lifting trays, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines.
• Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
• Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Support additional nutrition service duties to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service.

1. 10:30am-7:00pm (64 hours/pay period)

Pay Range: $18.44 – $25.03 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:
