Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a reliable, compassionate Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with Recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will be in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities.

You will also bring recipients into the community to grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home. Full and part-time positions are available at ExpertCare.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Help integrate recipients into community activities to support goals.
