Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, empowering clients to progress toward personal goals.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. You’ll join a team that values reliability, communication, and a patient, dependable approach, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
