Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring Personal Care Assistants to provide one-on-one in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will help with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and assist clients as they participate in community activities outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassionate, reliable caregiving. Successful candidates will be patient, communicate well, and follow care plans while maintaining safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
