Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with clients in their Southeast Michigan homes. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities, and bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with benefits including paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care in clients' homes.
• Support clients with activities to build skills.
• Accompany clients on community outings and activities.
• Follow care plans and document progress.
