• Healthcare experience, preferably in referrals/intake in home health or hospice.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain office records, supplies, and document processing.
• Coordinate patient referrals, admissions, and intake processes.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources.
• Maintain referral and patient records within the EMR system.
• Coordinate clinician schedules and territory assignments.
• Manage schedule changes, missed visits, and staffing needs.
• Perform data entry, pre-bill reviews, and final bill checks.
• Support reimbursement and billing processes.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
